Enrolment involves reading, completing and signing an electronic Learning Agreement Form and 6th Form Contract prior to your timetable being issued. You will require knowledge of your personal information, such as address, home/mobile telephone numbers, email addresses, national insurance number and next of kin details.

To confirm acceptance of your place at Herne Bay High 6th Form, please complete the online enrolment process on the day of publication of GCSE exam results. If you no longer require your place at Herne Bay High Sixth Form, please email us on 6form@hernebayhigh.org to inform us of your onward destination. If you have not enrolled and we have not heard from you by 28th August, we will assume your place is no longer required and will withdraw you from our records. Please note that this is an official document that can be called for audit by the education funding agency at any time.
