24-hour Rowing Challenge - LIVE

At 1 pm yesterday (Thursday 22nd March) the school began its attempt to keep three rowing machines moving for 24 hours to raise money for Sport Relief. The attempt was officially launched by Mr Boyes in the Covered Courtyard

Nearly 70 members of staff, accompanied by some of our 6th Form students have been taking it in turns to row for 15 minutes during the attempt, with a special team of staff keeping the attempt going overnight.
A highlights video of the event will be available in the near future.

We have been jointly raising money for Sport Relief and Bliss through the sponsored row, non-uniform day and other in-school activities and have currently raised £2617 for Sport Relief and £2799.26 for Bliss. Giving a total of £5416.26.

You can still donate to Sport Relief by clicking the button below or by texting 'HBHS81' followed by the amount you wish to donate '£X' to 70070. Donations to Bliss can be made directly to the school.
